Tis the Season to be Jolly…

Xmas

With so-called end of the world (21 Dec 2012, a day that coincides with the end of Mayan calendar fortunately passed without much episodes or frenzies) behind us, let’s get ahead with Christmas and a New Year just around the corner.

Christmas, Winter, Snowman, Reindeer, Santa, Snowflakes, New Year …What a great time of the year.

I am not into the thick sludge of ice, snow, freezing rain and sub-zero temperatures; but it is the festive mood that is now occurring and warming into our hearts. Just look at all the colourful lights around the streets and all the crowds in the shopping malls.

It is easy to see why Christmas is such a popular holiday. The good thing about it is that it allows everyone to enjoy a good break, the music, decorations and parties that are so connected with a ‘holiday’ season (A new year is just around the corner). Anyone, regardless of religions, can be touched by a unique time that presents a palette of colours and sound, and appreciate the temporary extra touch of connectivity, kindness, generosity and forgiveness.

Forget about complaints. Forget about regrets. Just enjoy yourself away with nothing but only the good and happy in mind.

Here, my advanced best wishes to all. May the year end brings no greater pleasure than an opportunity to express well wishes and warm blessings:

The Beauty of Hope (Hope makes all things work)
The Spirit of Love (Love makes all things beautiful)
The Comfort of Faith (Faith makes all things possible)
May these be your gifts this Christmas Season.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
