3-Months Rheumatoid Arthritis Free Health Coaching & Buddy Program

It has been more than 2 years since a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis and I’m now experiencing my life in a way that is more wonderful that I ever thought possible – so much awesomeness physically, mentally and emotionally – since this diagnosis. If cure is never the word to use for an autoimmune condition, then I’ll say it’s the essence of true healing.

I’m now inviting interested RA warriors to join me and the other 2 in a free health coaching and buddy system that I’m setting up specifically for RA. If you believe that you have the innate ability to push beyond your limiting beliefs and challenge your ways to health once again, I have the confidence with my in-depth research, personal experience, education and immersion with holistic and alternative treatment and health care to guide and support you with your goal of making through this life-changing diagnosis.

Group Coaching2
Now, this program is offered free of charge. So, what is the catch? I’m doing this service to fulfill one of my 2013 new year resolutions, that is giving more and helping people out there (just like myself). But, of course, I’m expecting to set out some ground rules to be followed through if you would like to participate. The ‘getting-well’ system regime is not an easy route, but if it has been performed correctly, you’ll be thrilled with the positive results that you’ll be getting. This program will be a good fit for you if:

  1. First of all, you are truly sincere, very eager and deeply believe that you want to get well and recover or heal from RA.
  2. You are chronically ill with RA, tired and sick of living a painful RA life and not sure about holistic and complimentary and alternative (CAM) treatment options
  3. You have an open mind and readily and willingly accept holistic and complimentary and alternative treatment (CAM) modalities.
  4. You have troubles finding a treatment program that works for you and do not have any ideas how to help yourself.
  5. You like someone to guide and walk you through the healing journey together as an anchor and motivation.
  6. You promise to give your full 100% adherence, cooperation, dedication, hard work, discipline and personal commitment as well as time required to follow through the program throughout the 3-months period.

To be upfront and honest, 3-months is not enough to eradicate your RA problem, but it is adequate to let you reclaim your life and pave the right track for you to recover. Reversing RA is an endeavour that takes time to effectuate. Your effort to get well must NOT stop at the conclusion of the program. You must also recognise the fact that each individual is different in terms of their health conditions. While the premise of the program works on a sound theory, the degree of results experienced may vary depending on your health circumstances, your age, severity and duration of your RA, the level of commitment, and so forth. On the contrary, what I can be certain of is that, if you do not try anything out at all, you will not reap anything out of nothingness. After all, we are the ones who are ultimately responsible for our own health and how we are going to live our lives in the future.

White FlowersOnce the participants have been confirmed, they will be invited as buddies to this health challenge in a closed group. It is expected that all correspondence and communications to be discussed remain in utmost privacy and confidentiality. Again, what I will ask is full personal commitment and adherence as possible so we can maximize the full potentials and benefits of the program via the synergies and support as well as motivation from your RA buddies. If you promise to do your best, I’ll promise to do my best to get you through these together! What we can aim for together is to learn about your health challenges and how we can provide the support for helping you to get back to a normal lifestyle with minimal symptoms possible in ways of:

  1. Restoring your energy levels and strength
  2. Instilling positive mindsets and adopting a new healthy lifestyle
  3. Detoxification and deep cleansing, minimizing flare-ups and excess inflammation
  4. Tackling your underlying RA causes and determining the right alternative modalities for you
  5. Addressing and eliminating food allergies and designing a nutritional or diet plan
  6. Learn new techniques that can be used to address emotional trauma of your RA
  7. and many others

As with any autoimmune diseases, it is important that both you and I can understand the financial aspect of RA and how tough it can be to invest in yourself, but it is necessary to invest the necessary in yourself, especially when you are suffering from a chronic illness, the RA. Imagine how much money you’re pouring into drugs and medications year after year. So, to be upfront before you decide to join me, I am expecting that you have some access to  financial budget, for things necessary for you to implement the program.

At this point in time, I can only dedicate enough time for a maximum of 2 RA buddies to join me in this 3-months RA health coaching and buddy program. To participate, please fill in the form below and let me know why you would like and should join the program by submitting to me via email the following information:

  • Your Name:

Hi Sarah, thank you for getting in touch. I just checked out your blog and I totally love it. I love the fact that despite RA, you are taking things in your stride well. I too agree that blogging is a good way of keeping track of your journey with your RA and what has or has not worked for you. But when I was first diagnosed, I was too painful to even think about blogging. I was basically at the brink of depression and doing nothing was how I used to live my days. Luckily, those days were all over now! I’m now enjoying everyday of my life and making new milestones as I progress. Two days ago, I hit another milestone. I am finally behind wheels again, after so long! I’d lost full range of motions on both my wrists and eventhough RA does not affect me now, I kinda lost strength on my hands and wrists. With these thoughts, I’d rather not drive than putting myself and others in danger. Finally, I’m able to do it again. Now, I turn to blogging when I decided that I had vented enough about my RA; and what I want to get out of my blog is to share and educate people with RA that if I can recover from RA, everyone can as well! And if a lack of know-how is the roadblock, then I’ll help clear the way for whoever willing to get down the route. I hope that you will feel better and continue sharing your stories and experience.

This sounds wonderful, but I have tried everything and have had RA for most of my life…all of my adult life. I have lived a healthy life not smoking or drinking and eating healthy foods plus exercising. I have had a positive attitude most of the time. This disease has no mercy and as you said, everyone is different. Every part of my body has been affected. My hands are very deformed. I have had surgeries to correct these things but they are still so ugly and deformed people stare. It is hard not to be depressed at times. Doctors just say nothing will help…too bad. I still have a positive attitude and exercise, eat healthy foods and pray a lot. I help others with similar problems which helps me also. There is no cure for this disease. It will attack where ever it pleases when it wants to and it does great damage. People don’t understand it at all and think it is arthritis but it isn’t. I am tired and money is scarce from the cost of this illness. Still I am grateful for what I still have and am still able to do.

Bon, please keep up with your positive attitude because it’s very important to stay as happy and positive as possible with a life that is so much affected by RA since stress also significantly affects one’s RA. I’m so sorry to hear that your hands are deformed. Didnt any of the drugs or medications actually work for you in terms of stopping the progression of your RA? And how long have you been affected by your RA? If you are really interested in this health coaching and buddy program, please write in to my personal email at diana@myradiary.com? I hope to hear from you.

Hello Diana, I came across your wondering website when looking for juice fast effects on RA. I am so glad to have found this site. It is very helpful.

I also saw this page and saw that this page was on 2/15. Wondering if you are doing another 3 month buddy program. I would be very much interested

      Hi Smita,

Thank you for writing in. Have you tried juice fasting for RA before? I’m not doing one right now since I’m traveling at the moment; and will only be back in two weeks time. If you’d like to know more on my RA protocols, please write in (personal message) to me at diana@myradiary.com and let me know your situation and what have you been doing so far, I’ll be more than happy to give my personal opinions and suggestions on modalities you may consider working on for your RA management. Hugs, Diana.
